The ask was to create an exciting event to say goodbye to prohibition and welcome the legalization of cannabis for Leafly. In addition, we were also tasked to create unique spaces for the participating LPs partnered with the event.
The idea was to emulate something similar to the NYE ball drop at Times Square. We conceptualized an oversized harnessed bud to drop at midnight + an oversized mobile device to house whimsical loops, brand awareness creative for the LPs and present fun and educational facts about the use of cannabis.
